Undergarments Exchange Policy

At Miss Classy, we prioritize your comfort and satisfaction. For hygiene reasons, our exchange policy for undergarments is as follows:

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Undergarments can only be exchanged if they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact
  • The exchange must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Undergarments that have been worn, washed, or are missing tags
  • Sale or discounted undergarments are final sale and cannot be exchanged
  • Items once the packaging has been opened (unless defective)

Exchange Process

  • Bring the item to our store with the receipt for an exchange of size or style
  • Exchanges can be made for an item of equal value or store credit
  • For online orders, contact us via WhatsApp at 0335 9555674 to initiate the exchange

Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items for exchange
  • If the exchange requires shipping, customers will be responsible for the cost of sending the new item, unless it's a store error or a defective product

Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items once the packaging has been opened unless the item is defective.

Important Note

We do not offer refunds on undergarments. All sales are final, with exchanges only available under the conditions listed above.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at 0335 9555674 with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
