Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and regions across Pakistan, including:

  • Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi
  • Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad
  • Sialkot, Gujranwala, Hyderabad, and more

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday)
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped with tracking information

Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (available in select cities)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above PKR 3,000 to select cities
  • Express shipping charges apply for faster delivery

Discreet Packaging

We understand the importance of privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents. Your privacy is our priority.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • Courier company details
  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your order using the tracking number provided.

Delivery Requirements

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package
  • Provide accurate shipping address and contact number
  • Courier may require signature upon delivery
  • If delivery fails, the courier will attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Provide your order number and photos (if damaged)
  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue
  • Replacement or exchange will be provided as appropriate

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address:

  • Contact us immediately before the order ships
  • Once shipped, address changes may not be possible
  • Additional charges may apply for address corrections
